4. Contract Formation
The presentation of our services on the website, social media, or other channels does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded through:
- written booking confirmation
- acceptance of an offer
- confirmed reservation
5. Prices
All prices are stated in Euro (€).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable statutory VAT.
Additional services or custom requirements will be listed separately in the respective offer.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the available payment methods.
Deposits or advance payments may be required for bookings or reservations.
Bookings become binding only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Admission
Entry is only permitted with a valid booking, reservation, or invitation.
The following may also apply depending on the event:
- Age restrictions
- ID requirement
- Security checks
Entry may be refused in cases of:
- missing booking confirmation
- missing proof of age
- security concerns
- inappropriate behaviour
8. Cancellation / Withdrawal
For events with a fixed date, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal.
This applies in particular to:
- concerts
- shows
- nightlife events
- time-specific events
9. Cancellation / Rescheduling of Events
Cancellation
If an event is fully cancelled, payments already made will be refunded.
Rescheduling
In the event of a date change, reservations remain valid for the replacement date unless otherwise announced.
10. Bookings / Private Events
For exclusive venue bookings, business events, or private functions, additional individually agreed booking terms may apply.
These shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
11. House Rules
Destination: Gaswerk reserves the right to enforce house rules.
Instructions from staff, event management, and security personnel must be followed.
12. Liability
Attendance at events is at the visitor’s own responsibility.
Liability for personal belongings is limited to the extent permitted by law.
13. Data Protection

14. Final Provisions
German law shall apply.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
